3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
4 Prices
All prices are final prices. In accordance with §19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown (small business regulation). Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. These are displayed separately during the checkout process.
5 Shipping
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Information on shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs can be found on the page “Payment & Shipping”.
6 Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8 Product Characteristics
The jewelry offered in this shop is made from natural freshwater pearls. Freshwater pearls have natural irregularities in shape, surface, and color. These characteristics are not defects, but inherent to the material. Images shown in the shop are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations are possible.
9 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10 Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence involving the breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. These limitations do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
11 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy, which is available on a separate page in the shop.
12 Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
